Dr Sarridou anaesthetised me for a coronary artery bypass operation at St Thomas’ Hospital. She was exceptionally kind and sympathetic. She filled me with confidence in her professional skill. I have no idea what happened while I was under the anaesthetic; I only know that I suffered no complications and I recovered quickly. I hope I never need another anaesthetic, but if I do, I hope Dr Sarridou is there to give it to me.
