I'm very glad to be able to give feedback as Dr Mayer was excellent. He took the time to listen to me, hear my concerns and took them seriously by suggesting follow-up diagnostic test (whilst also reassuring me that he was not worried and expected the tests to come back fine). He also took the time to understand why I was worried and how my family medical history was relevant. The one area for improvement would be on timekeeping. My appointment was at 9.20, but I was not seen until 10.00. It's surprising that the surgery was so far behind so early into the day. That said, it's hard to criticise Dr Mayer too much for an issue which predominantly relates to overall extremely poor state of the NHS. A huge thank you to the doctor for an extremely positive experience.
