The dr called me after I had a negative experience with 111 not getting through to me and waiting for many hours so to receive a phone call from Dr Mayer inviting me to surgery was a relief. I was seen within 8 -10 mins of my phone call and Dr Mayer was knowledgeable, understood how I was managing my allergic reaction and provided a prescription to help in the immediate with a back up steroid if my symptoms deteriorated. It gave me confidence and I was relieved to have been seen in person and for my breathing and chest to be checked.
