I had an excellent encounter with Dr Sherwell today. I felt listened to, my concerns addressed, he spoke to me and truly listened. I was able to have both of my children seen on the same morning that I called. Dr Sherwell really reassured me that my children were fine and that if I had any concerns going forward he would happily see them again and I really felt heard. This is the best surgery I have been at, I get treated like a human being and I never feel like a pain.

Dr Sherwell has been very patient and understanding over quite a few recent visits I have made. He has tried to chase up results for me.

Dr Sherwell is relatable, empathetic and always has time for his patients. I have no difficulty discussing more personal issues as a female bearing in mind Dr Sherwell is male.
