I visited Daniele back in April as I had significant problems that spanned back to 2019. The frustration it was causing for my well-being and life was taking it's toll when I couldn't hear people clearly, and I felt congested and bunged up constantly. He suggested grommets for both ears and very honestly told me I was looking at 2 years to have this done. I accepted the wait and was just glad to get the ball rolling. In late may I got a phone call to arrange grommet surgery and successfully had this completed In July. He went above and beyond to see that I got this sorted and made arrangements for this to happen in the area I was moving to. Because of the speed of service I was seen in Cambridge. I've just popped back to Cambridge for the day to see him to have them checked. He remembered who I am which was lovely and I feel so much happier now that I can hear properly. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend Daniele.
