To listen to his patients and not be swayed by other people's opinions. To be less aggressive in his attitude towards his patients. He could have been more constructive in giving advice. I felt that he looked down on me and he made me feel as though I was a bad person when I knew I wasn't. Very high and mighty attitude. Belittled me, which did nothing for my self confidence. He should listen more and be less judgemental.
