Having been sent for an X-ray, Dr Brizell rang me when the appointment said he would. He was pleasant and clear in his communication answered any questions I had. My interactions with the doctors at the surgery has been of a uniformly high standard. The problems only arise when waiting for calls to be answered by the receptionist. Having had the X-ray I was told by the hospital to contact the surgery a week later. When I did this I waited 24 minutes to get through only to be told that the appointment team would make an appointment for me. This duly happened but there was no discussion about when was convenient. Luckily I could make the time as it was a phone consultation but as a teacher it could have been difficult
