Telephone appointment. I don't think I have ever spoken to Dr Brizell before. He listened and responded to what I said, not making me feel like he wasn't really listening as has been my experience in the past. Hopefully he has sorted out my problem or at least attempted to. Time will tell.... I felt very at ease talking to him and would definitely ask for Dr Brizell for future appointments.
