I am a 35yo male suffering from 'emotionally unstable personality disorder' I constantly become so impulsive I had 2 attempts on my life last week alone, when I was diagnosed with 'EUPD' about 2 year ago from a different psychiatrist they had put me on quetiapine, an antipsychotic to help stablize my mood and help me sleep, I have since been told no to being put back on them after my whole family can vouch for the difference it makes, then I get a letter off this Dr dan Armstrong not only telling me no for my medication but then proceeding to say (bearing in mind I can not regulate emotions properly or deal with them) to stop running away from them.. This doctor is not only condisending but speaks to you like your at fault for having a mental health condition!
