Dr Gardner Thorpe was friendly, professional and courteous when my son and I arrived for his appointment. Dr Gardner Thorpe was kind to my son and thorough and explained exactly what he thought and what we should do next; before making detailed notes on the system. I am a fairly anxious mother, and due to my son's chronic condition, this can be exacerbated sometimes. I explained this to Dr Gardner Thorpe and he immediately seemed to understand my concerns and provided reassurance. An excellent all around GP.
