Led by a great Gp, but apppointment times are sadly measured in weeks. Getting to see my own GP measured in months which then means being pushed onto whoever is on rota - and there are many so a lack of continuity always occurs.
Disorganised practice , reception area untidy, appointments commonly late.
Could be simply fixed by 1. Display how late the appointment is. 2. Presentation - every spare wall space is covered by a literature 3. Booking in machine - frequently broken 4. Get more consistently available GP's
Have switched to alternative GP practice up the road in Tring - it's like leaving the 1970's and being welcomed into the 21st century, such a shame,
