So pleased Dr Farrelly is associated with the Foyle Hospice. He has amazing medical and interpersonal skills which make him an exceptional and outstanding practitioner. I was impressed by his keen standards as a young domestic help in a private nursng home when I first met him. He's a doctor with time for everyone of all rank and how he cares is deeply reflected in his words and manners. A wonderful man!
