If you need medical evidence, sick notes or medical forms for DVLA then don't go to this doctor. My licence was revoked for 3 months because of his incompetence, my final year at university nearly did not happen as he would not provide medical evidence which is part of the job he is paid to do. It's not free the surgery charge for it so there should not be an issue. The latest issue that he has blown out of proportion is the final nail in the coffin. After 48 years with Balmoral Surgery I have decided I have had enough of him messing my life up with his tantrums, I am moving to a different surgery.
