I work in London and it is very difficult for me to get back for routine doctor appointments between 9 and 5 and was very impressed that an appointment could be made for me at 19.05pm on a Tuesday Evening . I saw Dr Ruglys and she gave me the same attention at that time of evening as she would have first thing in the morning . There was also a manned reception at this time of evening and I think the girl was called Vicky and she was very pleasant and helpful and busy working away .
