Booked at call-back yesterday and duly received a call this morning from Ali at Leacroft Medical Practice at 8.20 this morning. Explained my symptoms and he booked me in for an appointment at 11.00 with Dr Ruglys. Shortly after received a text to confirm the appointment. I saw her on time and spent 15 minutes with her during which she asked me questions, took my BP and checked out my circulation. Printed off two blood test forms and she will arrange for me to see a vascular surgeon. Top marks to Dr Ruglys and the NHS in Crawley.
