Although i would give Dr Astin topish marks i will say i came away disappointed.
She just didn't seem to get that a person can have emotional awareness and intelligence then it doesn't mean they are not struggling immensely.
I sent Dr Astin 2 emails before my appointment for hwr to understand the complexity of my issues but many factors seem to have been ignored.
I came away feeling like i had faiked myself and those around me and it brought up memories of past judgements by my mother.
I can understand totally why people take extreme measures just to be heard.
Things shouldn't have to get to that stage.
