It was an absolute pleasure to meet Dr Chandra Puli. I was anxious about my appointment, but he had a lovely manner, he was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease. He was thorough as he explained my condition and the treatment required in easily understandable terms, and I would be more than happy for him to do my operation.
