On initially contacting Dr Thind, she was extremely empathetic and offered me an appointment at very short notice.
When we first met, she was very supportive, particularly with regard to my low mood and anxiety caused by the horrendous skin reaction I was experiencing, manifesting as a severe rash over the whole of my body [with no known cause].
Questions were answered honestly and advice given with clear information at every stage. She gave me the time I needed, was very understanding, including allowing my wife to be present at all appointments, despite Covid restrictions, to support me.
The treatment prescribed has largely been effective, the results of the biopsies undertaken explained clearly and her calm and professional approach has been very reassuring.
Although she does not need to see me again, Dr Thind has assured me she would be happy to do so at any time in the future should the need arise.
