Dr Humphries made me feel listened to, Took every word I said seriously, and treated me with the upmost empathy, dignity and respect. It was such a moving experience for me that I welled up with tears before I left her office. Having had a terrible experience at Dr Lipscomb’s hands maybe a year or so before, my expectations of being heard we’re not sky high. She treated me how I’d hope to treat patients if I were a doctor myself. We set up decision points and when the reality that I needed medication arrived, I completely agreed and trusted that decision, because I’d been a part of the plan from the first moment. I wish you a long and happy career Dr Humphries, I wish there were more doctors like you!!

Dr Humphries is lovely although I was a bit shocked at how young she looked! (Or maybe this is just me getting old....?) She's very kind and listens well. She's always given me good advice, and I enjoy seeing her.
