I have recently undergone four operations where Dr Catriona Fergusson has been the anaesthetist and I have found her to be extremely professional in every way. She has a delightful manner and demonstrates a warmth of approach which I found to be most reassuring. I always felt that she allowed time to develop a professional rapport with me whilst also showing a genuine interest in me as a person. She was extremely understanding and so very encouraging, always taking great care to explain clearly what she was going to do and what I should expect as a result. This I found to be very helpful and her interest in my well being and recovery was reassuring and very much appreciated.
