Explained all my options and helped over come my anxiety about having poor veins for a cannula. Despite having to insert into my ankle, I didn't feel a thing and she reassured me and explained the procedure throught out. Didn't feel any discomfort and was fully updated and in my dozy state I was kept up to date and fully informed... Had no problems with the colonoscopy - just wished they provided a DVD!! A great watch on the TV!!
