Listening and understanding the meanings behind the words of any patient is a huge attribute, as we are not necessarily eloquent in how we phrase and explain our problems. Dr Edwards had the ability to 'translate' my conversation accurately and observe underlying problems as well. It felt like a great starting point. Because of this, it was possible to summarise my problems and treatment to date and also look for new effective measures. A very positive experience and I consider myself lucky to have had this consultation.
