Very rude and sarcastic and rushes your 10 Minute along as quickly as possible. She told me i get a free service what am i complaining about because i asked can i have 2 items in 1 Prescription as i am on a low income i always pay for my NI stamps. I do not need sarcastic people like her telling me this, she dare not say that to someone who was not born in this country she would be in serious trouble, Luckily i am not taking this complaint any further, but make her aware an unhappy patient
