I have consistently found Dr. Caird to be caring, a good listener, professional in her responses and a doctor in whom I can trust completely. I always feel positive after an appointment (in person or by phone) with Dr, Caird.

Dr Caird is a great Dr - listens to you and involves you completely in decisions.

Dr Caird always takes time to listen before making a diagnosis. If I get an appointment with her I know that she will take time, but also run more or less on time and not keep me sitting waiting for ages in the waiting room.

Dr Caird is always helpful and willing to discuss problems as well as a friendly chat.

Dr Caird always listens, and provides explanations in lay persons terms. She never gives the impression of being in a hurry despite her very busy daily schedule. More recently it does take longer than the previous two days to get an appointment, however I understand this is due to an increased demand on the surgery for various reasons.
Fortunately, I do not need immediate appointments and am more than willing to wait for such an understanding, approachable doctor. Please do not retire Dr Caird.
