If you are lucky to have Dr Manners as your GP then you are very lucky. From start to finish she is amazing! Friendly, caring, quick, straight to the point but listens to you and makes you feel valued as a person. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she has a great sense of humour. It's such a shame she has left Beechfield as she was the best by far! 10/10
