Dr. Lambert comes straight to the point. He explains your condition carefully and gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding your illness.
Follow up treatment is carefully monitored, and, although on the surface he may appear to be quite business like in his approach to treatment, there is an underlying compassion that clearly shows when the need arises.
