This was my first contact with the service. Dr Timmins enabled me to have the time to share what had happened in my own way and was not prescriptive. I appreciate that these are difficult times ,however I was able to focus on the what I was being asked about. I feel confident that I was both respected and listened to as well as having number of very important things said which in a constructive way
