Dr Townend is personable and pleasant enough, but delays in referring me for specialist(s) care led to unecessary delay in several aspects of my treatment. She seems reluctant to refer on and had to be pushed to do so. I was informed there were long waiting lists when I asked why I wasn't being refered on, which is totally unacceptable.
