I have not met this GP or any GP at Montpelier as I cannot get an oppointment until May 27th, but unfortunately It Is now I am feeling I'll. I don't often use the service, I am an elderly patient and I keep myself fit and healthy but at this moment I could do with a second opinion, as to a problem I'm having, , without going to A&E but I was on the phone got 20min waiting and no help was forthcoming. I and my family having been using Montpelier Health Centre for over 35yrs. For many years of this we received great service, and felt well cared for in this centre. What is going on the staff are most unhelpful, it verges on rudeness. I do have to say the best and most friendly staff are in the treatment room where a member of my family attend. To them I say thank you for being and to the rest I say take a good look.
