I was very disappointed with Dr Brown. I went with a few issues and straight away I was told I have only 10 minutes in a really rude way with an attitude. I asked for a repeated prescription and explained that I do have a chronic pain and that I found out about an illness in my family member that can be related. Again, in a rude way I was told they can't test me for it cause I would require a referral and therefore can't check it. I also just wanted to find out about previous test results since I was never updated and doctor said 'the report is 12 pages'. I left the office feeling bad about even going to the doctors feeling like my conditions are not important. I've never seen a doctor as rude and fed up with their job as he was. I understand he could have had a bad day but the attitude was very unprofessional for someone who is supposed to help people.
