Dr Beata failed to notice that I had Autism and, instead, chose to criticise my personality. She did not believe that I had seen the psychologist and was sent away by her, having been informed that I was not ready. Dr Beata wrote inaccurate reports for occupational health which she sent without allowing me to see them, thus breaking the Data Protection Act. She held meetings about me with other staff, behind my back, during which she criticised me. Dr Beata could improve by listening to and believing what service users say and arriving at the correct diagnosis. She could allow people to see and comment on reports before they are sent. She could allow service users to be present at meetings about them. If she wants to criticise service users, she could do so directly to them.
