He spent a lot of time listening to my concerns. He took every point I made seriously and validated how I was feeling. He was really reassuring and made sure that I understood everything he told me and gave me good clear explanations. He also made a plan going forward and arranged to check in with me again in 2 weeks. A really reassuring and kind doctor.
