My mum was referred to this Dr, because she was showing signs of depression, anger, mood swings and memory loss. After numerous appointments, were she refused to take my father's and my comments into account because mum could not remember or did not realise what she had done or said. This Dr is a liability who point blank said there was nothing wrong with mum, apart from mild depression!!! It became so bad that we informed my mum's GP that we would not be taking mum back to her, and we wanted a second opinion. Thank goodness her GP was excellent and agreed with us. Mum was then referred to Mr Passmore and we finally started to get the answers we needed. Mum has been diagnosed with Vascular dementia, and is at least now on medication which will not cure her but will help with the symptoms it causes, and hopefully slows the disease down.
