The Doctor lied to me about the medication I had been taking advising that they are not issued without a specialist prescribing them. The specialist then wrote to the practice saying that this was not true. The practice lost our files and refused to prescribe as there were no notes. When I advised that I can't be taken off these tablets and that she needed to refer to her notes was how after 4months we found out that the notes were lost. My husband is a stroke patient and she was making it hard for him to get life supporting medication and if you reject what she says protecting your health she then doesn't talk to you.
Too stressful going to this Dr and I am going to change Doctors.
