Dr Ban Yousif is a very very good doctor . She listens and follows through with every ailment that I have at every appointment. She is very kind and caring doctor, and will always take a phone appointment when unable to get to the surgery. I would like to see "at some point" the ridiculous appointment system that is in place .......You are asked to phone 8am to get an appointment for that day ......You can do what is suggested , and its constantly engaged . I have tried phoning as many as 20 /30 times and NOT been able to get through......then suddenly the phone rings and your through .....and then get told all the appointments have gone ....try again tomorrow ......and it goes on and gone .....RICDICULOUS .
