Dr Ola comes across as a patient person who is ready to listen. He is always calm and never rushes his patients. At first he prefers not to take drastic action, but never hesitates to take action (specialist referrals, prescriptions, etc.) when needed. His calmness and cool, unfortunately, probably causes him to be always behind schedule on his appointments. He is however a capable doctor and I feel comfortable with him.
