Unbelievably rude makes you feel as your a nuisance going in there I have an ongoing problem that started minor with her being unhelpful and unwilling to help and 6monts later ended up in A&E as it got severe. Refuse to refer me to right person and hot told if I'm not happy go back to A&E which is an disgusting attitude.
