Following my consultation with Dr McCann earlier today I would like to compliment the service and care I received today.
I had a very positive experience, from arrival, recording of observations and the consultation with Dr McCann. I was given time to talk, explore my condition, medication and my concerns.
At every stage of the consultation things were explained clearly and concisely any concerns were listened to and examined in partnership with myself.
Options for ongoing treatment/investigation were explored in full and supported with explanations and rationale.
At each stage I was treated with respect and felt included in my care and the decisions made
