I have confidence that my condition was thoroughly investigated and appropriate treatment recommended, all the more because Dr Deering took considerable time and trouble to explain the condition and tests in detail, in terms I could understand, with humanity and understanding.
This ethos permeates Dr Deering's department; I felt to be in skilled and kindly hands throughout the investigations.
