Poor standard of care, poor communication and lack of team organisation. I write as a medical professional myself and i am embarressed by the perfomrancw of the Spire Hospital Didsbury and that of the provate GP team. Cause distress without adequate appology.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience. The Spire team have looked into this matter, Due to a computer error I was completely unaware your wife was expecting to see me. From my end there was no appointment visible on our computer system- hence after completing my clinic I had left the hospital This is certainly not a reflection of the service I aim to provide my Private or NHS patients and I would take the opportunity to apologise once more.
