Since Dr. Jacob diagnosed me with NMO after 9 years of trying to get answers elsewhere, I have had nothing but support from this incredible doctor. He has the gift of making you feel like a person and not a number, and always has time to discuss any worries.
NMO is a difficult disease and Dr. Jacob is extremely knowledgable on the subject which is very reassuring.
He is kind, patient, considerate and reassuring.
