Dr Jacob was very cheerful and efficient, and gave clear diagnoses of my conditions. He listened to what I said, and was very reassuring. The treatments he recommended for Parkinson's Disease and Vertigo (Brandt & Daroff Exercises) have both worked very well and I feel like a new person. Dr Jacob has a very nice sense of humour. I am looking forward to seeing him again in August/September. Anka de Souza
