About two years ago I saw Dr Serrano regarding the blood pressure pills I was taking.They gave me mood swings and I was not the best person to live with. I/we thought I might benefit from a lower dose pill.
His suggestion that the very low dose pills did very little and that I try without them for 6 months and see him again. I monitor my blood at home and there has been a slow drop in blood readings to the point that when I visited recently my readings were down and I received the comment of "very good". This all make me think that maybe I should not have been on them at all for the last ten years.
