I would certainly recommend Dr Serrano to anybody in the future. The help and advice he has guided me through recently when I've experienced an aneurysm in my communicating artery, gave me the confidence to undergo the surgery procedure.
Dr Serrano's care and thoughtfulness for me, seems to be above the call of his duty.
