I telephoned for an appointment at 08:00 and was seen later that morning at 10:40.
Dr. Serrano was polite and courteous and put me at ease immediately. He listened to my symptoms and examined me. He diagnosed my condition and referred me to a local GP clinic for further treatment.
The appointment was booked by the receptionist there and then for six weeks time.
I found Dr. Serrano to be friendly, professional and efficient, he allowed me to explain my problem. He listened to me and took on board what I had to say and provided the appropriate on-going care. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Serrano to any other patient or prospective patient.
