Dr Cannell responded to a call during covid this spring/summer when myself and my family were under great stress due to family illness and mental health problems. She spent time on the phone when there were no face to face appointments understanding my problems and anxieties and made a referral and then throughout the next 3 or 4 months made regular calls to see how we were doing until I was able to say I was much recovered . I never felt I was being hurried, she had time for me and my husband and was reassuring and compassionate.
