Dr Dann is frankly the best doctor I have ever had a consultation with. He was compassionate and took the time to be personable which was very important especially as this was out first meeting. He reviewed the relevant areas of my history to make sure he asked questions appropriately and explored my concerns and expectations of the appointment. He did not feel like I was a burden or try to rush me. He explored further with relevant open questions to build a picture and immediately actioned everything he said he would, providing me with information and resources to help me make decisions about my care. He explained my test results to me and how I can use the equipment in the surgery to do my own monitoring. He signposted me to the surgery website and explained some of the facilities I can use which will help take the burden off the staff and are more convenient for me. He has provided information about how we intend to follow up and referred to specialists for safety netting. His kindness and compassion has provided reassurance and enabled me to take control of my own health where I can. Thank you!
