I am so grateful for my Rheumatology care in the hands of Dr Malaviya.
It is rare that you find such an excellent capable doctor who also has such amazing people skills.
My case is a complex one with many factors to take into account.
Dr Malaviya listens, is empathetic and considers the best course of action rather than following a list of inappropriate hoops for me to jump through.
When you are in so much pain being actively listened to and understood is such a battle but not so with Dr Malaviya. He does this quite naturally.
Dr Malaviya always explains his findings, and the reasons for a certain course of action as well as any side effects a course of treatment may have.
Dr Malaviya is a Godsend to me, an asset to the NHS and an exemplar to the medical profession. I can’t thank him or rate him highly enough.
