I totally trust Dr Bendor,
I am in pain and requested an appointment on 8 November. Was given a telephone appointment, for today 16 November as the first opportunity,
I took time off work so that I could make this - and now have not received a phone call,.
this is really unacceptable.
I am at a loss what to do. I cannot take more time off - and, in any case, the next telephone appointment was for a week's time.
I am putting review details as if I had seen or spoken to Dr Bendor, but it is unhelpful as my telephone appointment did not happen. Sadly the review email is as unhelpful as I can not submit without filling in all aspects
