Thank you Dr Hicks and your team for looking after a very difficult patient who was my father. I regret deeply any embarrassment that he caused you. He is a most objectionable person and he has alienated most of his close family through his bullying. I am sorry for any distress. I have only become lately aware of his activities. No one should have to tolerate such especially when I am sure you all showed great kindness and consideration.
